For my third 1/2 marathon of the year, I went back to my backyard and ran the San Jose 1/2 marathon today. It is a fast race, well organized, and very convenient for me since it is 15 minutes from home.

The race went well and I managed to beat last year’s time by 6 seconds finishing in 1:36:53 (new PR) :).

Alicia ran as well making it the first race we both ran. She did well considering she did not get to train much with school taking much of her time.
